2. Products & Orders
2.1 All products listed on our website are handmade and may have slight variations in design, color, or texture, which do not qualify as defects.
2.2 Orders are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and provide a refund or exchange option.
2.3 Alam’s Heritage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or suspected misuse of our services.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 We accept payments through secure online payment methods. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
3.3 Any additional charges such as customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Orders are processed within 3 working days and dispatched within 2 weeks.
4.2 Delivery typically takes 2-3 days after dispatch. A tracking ID will be provided once the order has been shipped.
4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or has a defect.
5.2 Customers must report any issue within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
5.3 Once the returned product is verified, refunds will be processed within 3 working days via the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Alam’s Heritage. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Alam’s Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
7.2 We make no guarantees regarding product performance beyond those stated in our product descriptions.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
